Early Childhood Court (ECC) Community of Practice

We are a dedicated group of Early Childhood Court Coordinators committed to improving outcomes for young children and their families involved in the dependency court system.

The Early Childhood Court (ECC) Community of Practice is an opportunity for coordinators to strengthen their expertise, share innovative strategies, and collaborate on advancing effective, family-centered practices in their communities. 

 

Participants who join the Early Childhood Court (ECC) Community of Practice can expect the following: 

  • Collaborative Learning and Networking: Opportunities to connect with other ECC professionals, share best practices, and collaboratively address challenges to enhance outcomes for children and families. 
  • Access to Expert Insights: Engagement with experts in trauma-informed care, early childhood development, and family-centered practices to support professional growth and program effectiveness. 
  • Resource Sharing and Practical Tools: Practical resources, tools, and strategies to improve court processes, increase enrollment, and strengthen community partnerships. 
  • Tailored Support and Solutions: Discussions and solutions tailored to specific county and program needs, including CPP integration, culturally responsive practices, and innovative family support approaches.
